What if?

I wish they'd let us try something a little different sometime @work. Would be so much more fun. I'm pretty sure well be out of the "bland" feel - responses- to doing the something the same old way all the time. Sigh.

ترخيم

had a go at marbling paper today. marbling or ebru is a artisitque technique that used alot on book interior binding -it's turkish if im not mistaken- will definatly look forward to learning more, im hooked.

as i don't know the "traditional" techniques/solutions, I had to improvise. yes i jump both feet in then look! :p

be warned, it's extremely addictive.

*actual colors are paler & more flourescent -weird combination i know!- than in photos

on April 2nd, the world celebrated the 205 th birthday of an all time favorite, master story crafter, Hans Christian Anderson.
were he living that would have been pretty darn cool!
For the love of his work, The little mermaid, The Wild Swans, The emporers new clothes, which are but a few of his stories. For the love of childhood & bigger than life imagination, for the love of fairy tales, the stuff dreams are made of, I share in these celebrations.
